A start-up with a long history, Woxett was founded by Dr. Lillian Ostojich, a 20+ years real estate veteran. Seeing the problems with preserving the status quo, its inefficiencies in the building industry, the lack of concern not only for sustainable practices, but the far more detrimental lack of recognizing the entrance of an all-pervasive 4th Industrial Revolution with its own set of rules, she wanted to create a company that would stand for the 21st century ideals.
Woxett Construction was created to fill an obvious gap in construction landscape. Dr. Lilly realized a need for a firm dedicated not just to more widespread sustainable building, but also to the health and welfare of the surrounding communities.
