Dr. Lilly was engaged by the developer as a sustainability development consultant. Emphases was put on efficiency and health of future inhabitants. These are some of the advices developers accepted and implemented: extensive isolation, no-VOC material, recycled building material (exterior), water filtration (reverse osmosis), 3 levels of air filtration, runoff water regulation, the highest efficiency appliances, native plants landscaping.
